Italian car influencer Silvia Terraneo spotted a new Renault SUV wearing camo in Milan and to be honest, we’re not sure what to make of it.
Renault is working on the new Captur, which is what this is, and while the vehicle we see here looks arguably better than the old Captur (it didn’t take much, did it), it still looks like any other SUV.

That’s what you get in the modern car world, anyway.
Unveiled in 2013, the first Captur was pretty sad, chiefly because it looked a bit depleted.
The second-generation Captur, launched in 2019, looked heaps better. More dynamic, more sporty, more athletic.
Four years later, a replacement isn’t due yet, but a face-lifted version is expected. As it stands, five powertrains are available.
You’ve got two petrols, one diesel and two hybrids – a mild hybrid and a plug-in hybrid. No EV yet, but you know the drill, it’s just a matter of time.
Also, Renault is apparently working on an EWB (extended wheelbase) version. Which is weird.
The face-lifted Captur should be sometime next year, with a price tag somewhere north of €22,000 – or $23,000.
