Guess what, you can now buy yet another electric SUV with a hefty price tag.
It’s the brand-new ID.5 – the latest (and largest) addition to the available range of electric VWs (all of which are built on the same modular platform, btw).

The car is available for preorder as we speak, with three engine options, including the range-topping, dual-motor, AWD 299 PS model (295 hp), with a 0-60 time of 6.3 seconds and a range of 520 km (324 miles).

So how much? The entry-level model costs €46,515 in Germany, and that’s about £39k or $52k.
