A couple of weeks ago, PepsiCo (yup, the company that sells, among other things, Pepsi soda) announced it will actually take delivery of its first Tesla Semi. And when I say first, I mean first of many. At least 15 by the end of the year. So they say.

They say they’ll get it by the end of the year and they’re apparently installing a ‘Tesla Megacharger’, which is basically a glorified Tesla Supercharger designed to charge the massive Semi. No pun intended.

According to public documents via the Stanislaus County Planning Commission (California), PepsiCo was granted a permit to install the charger on November 22.
‘The end of 2021’ is basically tomorrow, so I guess we just gotta wait and see.
