Pastel pastel pastel Porsche (new paint options alert)

The 90s, they were just great, weren’t they? I mean, I wouldn’t know, I was just a kid. But that’s what I’ve heard. And I also know that some of the cars that manufacturers built back then were pretty cool.

A lot of people say modern cars are boring – and I think I agree with that – and one of [many] reasons why is they’re grey. As in, literally grey. Porsche has decided to change that and is (re)introducing new paint options for its ‘Exclusive Manufaktur’ range.

The colours are brand-new, designed, developed and carefully crafted from a combination of modern varnish and primer, but they’re openly inspired by the iconic pastel blue, purple and mint green that older Porsche models used. The 911 964, for example. They call them Maritime Blue, Rubystar Red and Mint Green.

Over 100 colour combos are available for the 718 and 911, 50+ for the Cayenne, Macan and Panamera and 65+ for the Taycan.
