Tesla vehicles are famously only available in a few colours and there aren’t that many trim options either. This is part of the company’s business model, because the idea is there’s no point giving customers 12 different colour options when 99%, statistically, they only pick three or four. Teslas are essentially available in red, blue, white, black and grey and a few weeks ago, Tesla launched a new Wall Collector to match the colour of your car. That’s the geekiest think that ever geeked.
They’re available in Midnight Silver Metallic, Deep Blue Metallic, Red Multi-Coat and Solid Black and they’re made from tempered glass. It costs $100 and you can apply it on any existing Wall Connector, including the Gen 3 Wall Connector.
If you have a friend who owns, say, a blue Tesla, this is your chance to give them one of these… in red. Just for kicks. Just to trigger their OCD. Sorry, too mean?
