Borussia Dortmund, arguably one of the most popular German football clubs outside of Germany, and Opel have worked together to create this weird little thing called the Rocks-E 09. They call it an SUM, which stands for Sustainable Urban Mobility, and anybody over the age of 15 can drive it (with an AM driver’s license for two-wheeled vehicles).
It’s tiny – only 2.41 mt in length – and electric. It’s limited to 1,909 units (the club was founded on December 19, 1909) and the price is €9,009.
