This is the new Aitekx and it has a weird name and a familiar face.
It was unveiled at this year LA Auto Show and even though the manufacturer will deny it, it does look a bit too much like a Cybertruck, doesn’t it?
Like a bad copy, too.
Even the name sounds like a bad copy.
They call it the ‘Robotruck’.
The render images they shared were alright, although it’s clearly a Cybertruck copycat.
However, the ‘real deal’, as shared by the LA Auto Show team on Instagram, looks a bit meh’.
Aitekx says their truck is up to 5 metres long (188-198 in) depending on the spec, and the track bed is 1.86 metres (6-foot-1).
The starting price is $45,000 but you can easily bump it up to $100,000 if you spec it with the dual-motor or even the performance version.
As for the interior, it looks Ford-esque.
Still, at heast it is supposed to be pretty quick.
The company says 0-60 is dealt with in 3.5 seconds and it has a range of 550 miles (885 km).
We’ll see.
