This is the Air4, a flying Renault that the French automaker developed in partnership with a design hub called TheArsenale, to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the iconic 4L. First launched in 1961, Renault sold over 8 million 4L models in 100+ countries.
The original Renault 4 was simple, easy to build and easy to use, the Air4 is none of those things. It’s made from carbon fibre and it has no wheels, just four two-blade propellers sitting at each corner of the chassis.

It is powered by 22,000 mAh lithium polymère batteries that generate a total power of 90,000mAh. According to Renault, the top speed is 26 m/s, with a 45° inclination during flights.
The AIR4 was revealed to the public earlier this month, and it will go on a world tour in early 2022, starting with Miami, New York and Macau.
