We’re gonna see more of this in the future: car subscription services. Genesis is the latest brand to get on board with this idea with a plan dubbed ‘Genesis Flexibility’. At the moment, it is exclusively dedicated to the UK market.
Pretty simple and straightforward: for £599 a month (for at least 6 months) you can pick any car you like from the line-up – G80, G70, GV70, GV80 and the G70 Shooting Brake – and drive it like you stole it. As they say.
Which you did, metaphorically speaking, because this sounds like a really good deal. And it quite frankly makes it a bit difficult to justify going through the hassle of having to buy a car. For £599 a month, not only you get to drive five different cars – not just one – but you also free pick-up and home delivery and collection, and all scheduled servicing. If you opt for the Care Plan… plan, you also get roadside assistance and a dedicated Personal Assistant.
